5k timetrial solo at WFS after practice and after getting double espresso from Brew Haha. Listened to The Glitch Mob.
Did full dynamics routine as part of warmup.

Pretty pleased with this. 80s felt really smooth until I threw in that 78 and then my body kind of called it quits. Didn't think I would break 17 after the 9th and 10th laps both in 85, but kicked it in (80%) to get under.
Super happy with the progress since Blue Earl. Left hamstring got tweaked a little bit during dynamics. Didn't bother me during the timetrial but I bet it's sore tomorrow
