Averaged 92.6 for the 400 fast and 53.7 for the 200 float
Cold out, difficult to push. Probably in about 19:15 5k shape which is not great. Need to do more of this type of workout.
Left medial hamstring tendon barks, and left soleus unhappy 9/10 for both, everything else 10/10
