Trying to figure out what "mile pace" is for me.
Reckon it's about 78 right now here at 5000+ ft. Probably about 5:15 shape
Left glute was feeling weak/tight after the 1st 400 so that was a major reason why #2 and #3 were slower.
Hopefully didn't do any damage to it.
Left glute 7/10
Right patella didn't hurt at all- 10/10
