Lactate threshold test!

Warmup for 2 laps of celestial, and then 6 x 1 lap of celestial at progressively faster speeds and checking lactate after each lap. Wasn't the smoothest testing experience as I wasted a 3ish strips on an insufficient droplet error and quickly realized half-way in that I can only take measurements from my left hand because my right hand is the only hand that is steady enough to hold the meter for the measurement.

I think measurement error/lag/delay made the first two measurements slightly high and the 5th measurement slightly low, but I'm not sure.

Eyeballing it makes me think LT1 for me is between 1.7 and 2.0 and LT2 is between 2.4 and 3.0. I would love to have an actual mathematical function/regression model to fit the data. Maybe I'll try to figure some sort of piece-wise function to do a least-squares fit or something, but that will take some time later :)

Next time I test I think I should do 1600m repeats instead of 1ks because it was honestly difficult to generate any lactate at all until the final two intervals. Also I would start at 8:00/pace as 8:30 pace was unnecessarily slow and I would've had room for an additional data point at the more important part of the lactate curve if I had started faster.
