Steady state on creek road. Aimed for 6:13-6:23 pace based on Monday's 5k. Trail was slightly wet from yesterday.

Felt pretty comfortable, not much harder than 6:25 pace.
Left glute didn't bother me during the run but definitely still isn't 100%.
