6 mile steady state out and back on creek road in 6:26-6:28-6:27-6:22-6:28-6:26
Left quad felt tweaked with every stride. I don't think today set me back, but I'm not ready to do any significant running on it, fast or long. Also need to get new shoes. Better to be smart now before a little problem becomes a big one.
