4 x 2 miles w/ 2ish minutes rest on the newark bike trail. Intended to be goal half marathon pace (11:50).
Splits: 11:44, 11:46, 11:53, 11:57
Felt pretty good considering the 90 degree heat and 73F dew point! First 2 weren't too bad, but the heat caught up to me in the 3rd and 4th one. Still pleased with how strong I ran #4 with about 6:01-5:56 splits.
Good peaking workout for San Fran!
