1.5 warmup on pmp connector, 4 miles steady in 6:20-6:27-6:25-6:29 around PMP, 1.5 mile cooldown on pmp.
This was a harder effort than I would like it to be given the pace. The sharp turns around the PMP loop made it really difficult to keep a rhythm. Wish I had done this in Newark, but I had to get up to BCSP by 8:30 for WFS practice, so I wanted to save some travel time.
