Aussie Quarters session in 17:01
Didn't run yesterday thanks to spending an all-nighter Sunday night/monday morning. Got 11 hours of sleep last night though, so gave a workout a go. 8 seconds faster than the Aussie Quarters I did 2 weeks ago. Happy with this. Felt good. 6:21 for the recovery totaling 1600m, and 10:39 for the fast totaling 3200m
