So 10:28 for the 3200m of fast running, and 6:41 for the 1600m of recovery.
Felt really good today and the workout didn't seem to zap my legs that much at all, since I felt nearly as good on the cooldown as I did on the warmup.
I'm definitely fit! I had done this workout 1 time before in december, 2012 less than 2 weeks apart from a 17:35 5k. I ran 18:04 that time, so to run 17:09 today probably means I'm in sub-17 shape right now, which I already kind of thought.
