Super disgustingly humid out there today. Was already 73F at 7:50am too. Ran a creek road steady state in 6:26-6:25-6:28-6:26-6:21.
Felt a little sluggish overall, but constant the whole run, and probably a large part just due to the humidity. Chatted briefly as I was passing a bearded UD-club runner, a freshman, didn't catch his name, and he wasn't super sure who Chris Warren was, but I told him to say hi to his coach for me anyway.
