Amanda paced 13 laps of this (3 x 1600 + 1 x 400). She was super helpful and I definitely would've run slower today without her help.
Really happy with this time and effort! Was grunting pretty loudly after only 1k but held on to the end.
First run in the vaporfly version 2. Not as squishy/bouncy as version 1, but I think just as fast. Being a little firmer is actually a plus in my book.
Super happy with how my fitness progressed in the last 6 weeks. I just wish I wasn't so slow 6 weeks ago.
Going to take some time to rest and rejuvenate and then switch my focus towards regaining some speed and running form by training for the 1 mile this summer.
