First workout since september 2013!

Ran a 3 mile tempo on the Eliza Furnace Trail. Goal was to run faster than 6:10 pace. Didn't know what to expect. My achilles was a little bothersome on the warmup but completely went away for the tempo and cooldown which surprised me. Hopefully it won't flare up overnight.

Went out too fast but I don't know how to judge pace anymore and my legs felt really good from the day off yesterday. First half mile was probably 2:45ish but I quieted down a bit after that. Splits were 5:53-5:53-5:54.

I am pleased.
