Notes

Run the Buckland the opposite way (1 mile steep hill first) than usual. Felt strong and run fast up-hill. Maintained average speed of approx. 8 min per mile to the 4 mile point. Then kept going but felt really tired and legs heavy. Had to walk last few yards. But I was pleasantly surprised with the result as tonight I wanted a faster run and body coped pretty well but still needs work to be done so to feel comfortable with speed work. This was a test run and all went well.
