Notes

Good run around Buckland + extra 1/2 mile around KBT Town. 2 miles in the run felt slight sensation just above knee cup but a further mile into the run it went away with body feeling warm and strong up-hill and dow hilll thereafter. Extended run around town and felt good at the finish. Did warm down and focused of doing some specific exercises for 10 min to strengthen quadriceps muscle as per coach advice. Overall I was delighted with this run after my yesterday's long run.
