Notes

Walked first mile of the course and run the rest 4 miles as had planned. Pleased with the outcome. At some point (about half way) rigth leg felt heavy and numb slightly but nothing major and let me run without any problems. Felt strong and breathing was also good while running 3rd mile up steep hill. Felt great near the end and had this strong desire to run longer but decided not to. This was a good sign as this is the first time my body felt the need to run further afield. Did a good warm down and the usual stretching thereafter instead for 30 min.
