Notes

A 25 mt X 55 swim alternating Back Stroke with Front Crawl without a break. I still enjoy the BS so much more than any other as it is very relaxing and helps my back. It also feels easy and I can glyde in the water effortlessly. Having joined the Swimming Club for 10 yrs in the 90's it has and still paying it's dividends as I can swim technically correct and so with so much less effort. Arms and core of the body were fine. I was worrying about upper back issues but all went well and made all the difference. Sun at am hours is also the bes time for a swim as the pool tends to be very quiet. I had the full lane to myself for most of the time which was a bonus. Having done all the hard work I treated myself to a nice long break in the Steam Room and Sauna + Spa Bath. I felt 100% relaxed but also drained of energy almost depleted. A swim once per week is imperative.
