Notes

133 days in sequence running the 'Ron Hill' mile. This was a very early morning run and I thoroughly enjoyed as there was not much disruption by or pollution of heavy traffic. It is nice running in early morning as I can focus on the run and not having to worry about cars, crossing roads safely and pavements. I feel free.
