Notes
An easy run in warm / humid conditions around our home area. It felt easier than the last 10 days. I had more energies and somehow it did feel an easy run. However, the toe joint is niggling hard and never gives up. Sometimes more than others. It does not seem to like heat or change in weather conditions / temperatures. When it decides to give me a hard time it is painful.
I am satisfied with my run today. Not long now before I am seen by the Orthopaedics. It has been a turbulent time indeed over the last 3 months. On top of all things I also got a tooth infection and today I started a course of antibiotics. It does not look good before I leave for my holiday. Hopefully the antibiotics will do the work and things will be sorted out when back.
