Notes
This was my first run in my DS Racer 10's which obviously are racing flats so I will hold off judgment on them until I hit the track this weekend. I just more or less wanted to get them out and on the road.
This also marks my third easy run post half marathon where I ended up running in the sub-8:00's. I still have no idea what that is all about but I am running at an easy effort which is really all that matters.
