I am not sure what happened but this was an extremely slow workout. I thought for sure my effort was tempo and "R" but I did not hit a single split during the quality portion (was not even close) and for a moment thought the watch was fucked up.
I am not sure what to make of it. I guess I will just wait and see how my next few runs go.
