7 x 1000 Hard w/2 min recoveries
There was no specific target pace today, just to run at what felt like a hard effort. In fact I did not look at my watch a single time during an interval, and was a little surprised to see the numbers afterwards because I thought I was running a bit faster.
When the hills are factored in though, I probably was, so there is that.
The 6th 1000 was run entirely against a net elevation gain, nothing real steep but I could definitely feel it. It was all I could do to keep from passing out towards the end of it! I am sure it looked ugly to anyone who saw it.
Tough workout. Nice workout.
