The intervals were supposed to be at 5k pace (6:18), but my paces were a bit inconsistent as I ran this without looking at my watch.
This was a tough workout, my first at the track in months and it showed. I hit the pause button and took several walk breaks.
I am not discouraged though, this workout was tough when I was at my peak so familiarity as they say, is always good!
