10 X 200 at "R" pace w/ full recoveries
This was my first workout at my new rep pace (5:30) and I just had a difficult time finding and holding that pace.
Most of the time I ran them too fast but it was not by choice, more by ignorance as I just do not have a natural feel for this pace yet.
The point is to run them consistently at 40 seconds and they were all over the place today, next time out will be better. Nice workout though despite all that I had going on this week with other shit.
