5 X 1200 @ tempo pace w/ 3 min recoveries

This was my first workout at my new tempo pace (6:20) so the recoveries were longer than usual. I felt it important to nail my paces though and I did that so mission accomplished.

I will work on getting the recoveries down to my standard 2 mins over the course of the spring.
