3 easy + 1 at tempo + 5 x 1000 at VO2 max pace (5:50) w/ 3 minute recoveries
This was my first time training at this pace and although it was a tough workout it was very, very gratifying.
I ran the last two intervals without looking at my watch a single time. I did okay with one, stunk it the fuck up with the other.
Oh well, what are we if we do not experiment.
Note: my Super J33's performed flawlessly on the track.
