starting my fall / winter maintenance plan. goal, 1/2 marathon readiness all winter long (able to cover 13.1 not race). my Sunday plan calls for 6 miles, as i feel. today i felt fast, so it turned out to be a tempo run sans warm / cool. felt great to work. left inner lower calf muscle a little tight at the conclusion. stretching did the trick.
