2rd lesson with Beth. Pay attention to hydration before the swim Kick from the hips. breath every stroke. tuck chin to chest when breathing ie. keep head down. pay attention to what you see when you breath. when you scissor kick, stop and regroup. Each swim should include freestyle and kick board. practice breaths with kick board. didn't use pull buoy today. need to ask about it.
