45 degree crunch, 3X30. Spin bike. 10 minutes, gear 10, 4.2 miles. need to make the seat higher. 60 lb crunch 3X30. EFX567i elliptical (cross ramp) workout #2, level 3, 40 minutes, 3.29 miles.
