3.1 miles to LP at ~ 7:50 pace, then tempo inside park. First 3 miles at about 6:40 pace, 1/2 mile rest, then picked up balance of LP. Easy back to HS. Most with Foley; Merrilee and Dubov joined for last part of tempo. Felt surprisingly good. No problems in foot/ankle. Held faster than 10k pace pretty well for 3 miles. Wind 5-10 and chilly in spots, esp at end.
