Notes

Started with 1:50 for the 400 and brought down to 1:40-1:42. Feeling stronger with quads and legs overall. Had rt knee pain after repeat #2, but shook it off and kept going without pain. Stopped at 10 repeats as not to push. Encouraged by stride length.
