COMMENTS: Humid. Did 2 x 1600 in 6:23, 6:12. Then 4 x 400 in 1:23, 1:22, 1:26, 1:19. Felt surprisingly strong despite sticky morning warmth. Body felt great and strong overall. Lifting seems to be helping? Warmed with a mile, cooled with 1/2, and did some extra resting in between repeats.
