COMMENTS: Excellent run. Finished 677/15,000+. Splits: 7:12, 6:59, 7:02, 6:56, 6:51, 7:00, 6:56, 6:53, 6:35, 6:29. Strong last half and two miles. Hydrated plenty in first half. Negative splits (35:00/33:59) seem to work for me. Quads very sore at end.
