Decent race -- finished 10th overall. Kept with pack from mile 1 to 3, then broke away and caught Jeff Riegel with about 1/2 mile to go. Finished strongly. Expected faster time, though. No mile markers/splits, so tough to tell. Fought off side stitch at about 1 mile mark. Calves sore -- knot in right calf after race and throughout day.
