COMMENTS: Ladder interval workout at about 6 min pace. 400 in 1:30, 800 in 3:03, 1200 in 4:30, 1600 in 6:07, 800 in 3:03, 400 in 1:21. Warmed with 1.25, cooled with .5, Extra rest in between with Andrew and Patrick. Felt pretty good. Form suffered a bit at end, but was able to keep pace.
