COMMENTS: Very high humidity on hilly course. Splits were 6:11, 6:26, 7:33 (6:53 mile pace). Finshed 30/200 overall, 2nd in age. (3rd and 4th right behind me.) Tried not to push too much. Will try to race 5k next weekend in Coplay.
