COMMENTS: From Merrilee's house - into Emmaus, up 5th St. hill strongly, down 10th St hill, past EHS, Indian Creek, Millrace, Riverbend and back. Then did 3 miles in LP. Odd clicking in left knee from late Saturday. No pain, however. Felt very strong. Slower pace until took off with Sue Y. last 3-4 miles.
