COMMENTS: Perfect morning -- cool and dry. Ran 12.1 miles with Jose at relatively easy pace, but pushed last 3 miles at sub 7 pace. Finished run with 5.3 miles in 40:53 and felt pretty good considering distance. Some mild soreness in rt ball of foot later in day, but nothing extreme.
