Harrington Park 5k, 10am

Well, the usual: 2 mile warm up, I'd pass on the strides unless your butt feels totally ok. I'd like you to aim for about 24 minutes for the 5k, so that's a 7:45ish pace. I would not push it harder than that. then do 2-3 easy cool down
