PCR 1/2 mile easy wu and cd (1 mi total). 7 miles @ 8:55. TRY TRY TRY to keep it at that.
Wear your HRM again.
Remember, with a PRC, you WILL still be "getting up to speed" the first mile or 2, so don't be surprised is a) the first mile is hard, and b) you hit a rough patch in the middle. just try to run an even effort. This should be hard but it shouldn't feel all out.
