Notes
Glad to finally get a long run in again. I haven't run close to this far in a single session since the half mary and it's my longest training run in almost two months. It went pretty well. The pace was good but I never felt like I was exerting myself too much.
Only some minor aches afterward, which is also good considering the mileage I've been putting in lately. This is two weeks in a row I've set a new personal best for distance in a week and this time I still have another day to pad the record. The cool thing is I feel like I could do even more.
