Notes

These lactate threshold workouts are always tough. Did a pretty good job of staying close to my tempo pace though. The second interval was a little slow, but I was able to pick up the pace a little for the last two. I'm really encouraged by how well my body has been handling all the speedwork lately with virtually no worrisome aches or pains.
