Incline Bench Press 18@70, 12x2 @80

Deadlift 20@70, 12, 10 @80

Bent Row 12, 10, 10 @70

Squat 15, 10, 10 @70

Fly 12, 10 @35

Crunch, 20, 20

Left Lift 8, 8

Pushup 10, 10

Barbell exercises wore me out; could only finish 2 sets of the lighter exercises. Really worked the lower back.
