I had poor sleep schedule and got a little discouraged that my foot still isn't better so I ended up skipping four days worth of workouts. :(

On the bright side my foot feels nearly better after getting a good night's sleep. Probably still won't be wise to run on it until maybe next weekend, but it's encouraging to be able to walk pretty much pain free.

This might be the most I've ever completed ab ripper and I didn't feel wrecked afterward. I do feel stronger after doing more strength workouts while I can't run.
