Quick pace again. I think getting plenty of sleep this week has really started to uncover the improvements I've made with the increased mileage.

I've also been rolling out the muscles in my legs, particularly my calves, pretty regularly. That seems to have helped relieve some of the perpetual tightness and soreness I've had in spots. The only problem area I still have is my right achilles. It doesn't seem to get better, but it doesn't seem to get worse either. All in all, I have fewer aches and pains after running 50+ days in a row than I did before.
