Notes
This was such a fail and something I am not proud of. Once again, I was not hydrated enough run in the heat, I am also not used to heat but no one is.
I started out just fine for the first 2 miles, my breathing was okay but already my mouth felt super dry and my stomach felt odd. The 3rd mile I could already feel my self start to feel bad and by the 4th mile I had stopped sweating and I was feeling light-headed.
I decided that I just shouldn't cross book and turn around because I didn't want to get stuck out there in the heat with no way to get back. At first I tried doing the tempo pace back but I was just feeling worse and worse and had to slow it down to an easy.
My legs were also super fatigued and my form felt off, but I think this is because I ran at 6pm yesterday and then I had to run earlier today to avoid the storm but the problem is just that I didn't give enough time in between my runs to have my legs feel good for the whole duration.
I will definitely run 4-6 miles tomorrow because I am just ashamed of failing another longer run.
