Notes
Waited till sunset to do this nice and easy 30, right at the 30 min mark I saw Schloderback and his Dad walking their dog so I ended the run and talked with him and his dad for like 30 minutes and then his Dad went inside but then me and Andrew were still talking for another hour and 30 minutes and before I knew it, it was dark outside and almost 10pm so I went inside. He is my neighbor and childhood friend ever since I was born and it was good to catchup with him as I haven't see him in a very long time.
The run felt nice and relaxed, the heat didn't bother me too much as well, hopefully my body is getting used to it more.
