Longer easy aerobic icestasche run-glad to get this in bright and early. Made sure i didnt make the same mistake as yesterday and got up early today. Saw it was substantially colder than last night so dressed for that and hit the corner. We started with reverse four corners kinda slow and gradually built. After that started to do cookie with a few guys but they pulled ahead a bit so I veered off and made a big loop back to school. Started to roll pretty easily and the miles just fell by. Ended up cutting over to the bike path, limestone trail to diz's neighborhood, the back way to behnkes, over to river and down to Jefferson, and then finished at kman. Did 4xstrides on brainard afterward. Solid icestasche at the end so happy about that
