Notes

did a couple laps on the track but then decided to get on the treadmill. did 2 miles warm up on the treadmill at like 6:35 and then did 4x800m at 12mph and picked up to 12.5 on the last rep with .25 in between reps at like 6:30 pace. for it being on the treadmill and it being hot in the fitness center and for me normally hating the treadmill, it wasnt terrible. i felt a little constricted with my arms because i always run close to the front of the treadmill. i had music though and my ankle warmed up nice after like 1.5 miles so it felt perfectly fine on the hard parts. did a mile cool down after on the tread and then a couple strides on the track afterward. did some squats with aj after and then iced.
