i did do some lifting/pull ups at work earlier but overall my shoulders are still sore from lifting on monday so did core instead. started off with front plank as long as i could hold it against mamerow. underestimated him and overestimated me. idk if i struggled so much because im sore/tired from lifting but my back tightened up pretty bad and my arms were shaking and i only made it like 5:20. he probably could have gone another 10 minutes. after that i ran through all of my other core exercises and got a solid workout
